the timings are not the same and thus the system will down clock them as a whole and you get that lower number. What speed does it say the memory is running at. DRAM Frequency reporting just under 1200 on two 2666Mhz ram modules on Omen 15-dc1088nr 10. Or just right click the taskbar, choose task manager, click the performance tab, then click memory. System Manufacturer/Model Number: Home grown, home schooled. TO be honest, I could not really tell the difference between 2133 29 in the real world applications, it all seems to work just fine. Look at CPU-Z CPU-Z Softwares CPUID in Memory TAB. 2933 is more stable, and 2133 is just perfect. However, in CPU-Z there is one more section - Memory, And in it - the parameter. I was able to OC my RAM to 3200 using the AXMP-2 profile, but for some reason it is not always stable (sometimes gives freezes, in games that are not GPU intensive). Other options identical in purpose:Memory Frequency, DRAM Clock By. I tried to OC my Geil EVO X 3200 using AXMP-2 right from the start from the first boot of my PC (first time builder, lol). I think that it was somehow caused by applying a-xmp profiles. My solution was to return the BIOS to stock defaults - this fixed the issue and the CPU reading are now correct. Your RAM data bus frequency is double the DRAM frequency listed (because modern RAM is double-data-rate so transfers data two times per clock, which means it’s 2x the clock frequency).
CPU Z DRAM FREQUENCY LOW HOW TO
I am not sure if this is supposed to be displayed in this way, I thought hat it is supposed to list one processor with 4 cores / 8 threads. Hi, I would like to know how to fix the issue between my ram frequency speed because when the laptop is not plugged in I only got 400mhz of dram frequency speed as cpu z speed shows, on the other hand when the charger is plugged in to my laptop it shows 933mhz, instead of getting a 1333mhz which is my original ram speed i got 2 sticks of 4gb 2666mhz, so why i am getting 400mhz of ram speed. Answer (1 of 2): Install CPU-Z, open CPU-Z, click the memory tab. Also, I don't know if this is some kind of bug with CPU-z provided by MSI (I haven't tried the original CPU-z yet), but my CPU-z indicates that I have 2 processors running 2 cores / 4 threads each. CPU-z was constantly showing that the CPU is sitting at 1600hz, even in gaming mode.
CPU Z DRAM FREQUENCY LOW PRO
I had a similar issue with my b350 carbon pro and my 1500x cpu.
